Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% service charge. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, this policy allows us to respect our stylists' time and provide the best experience for all of our guests.
